Welcome David Reeves!

The Gulf of Mexico Avian Monitoring Network is pleased to welcome David Reeves to the team.  David has been awarded a 2017 NAS Science-Policy Fellowship, hosted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Gulf Restoration Office in Lafayette, LA where he will assist with several on-going Gulf related projects, to include GoMAMN and GoMMAPPS.

David is currently a Ph.D. candidate at LSU in the Department of Oceanography and Coastal Sciences, where his research is focused on the ecology of oil and gas platforms, and understanding how reef-associated fishes and invertebrates respond to coastal eutrophication and hypoxia.
